Training Needs Analysis - This is the assessment of training requirements and is usually undertaken at 3 levels: Individual, Job and Organisation. 3SDL can provide Training Needs Analysis for your organisation aligned to both the NATO Bi-SC Education and Individual Training Directive (75-7) and commercial best practise.
Training Design - Having completed your Training Needs Analysis, 3SDL will assist in the design of your training strategy, ensuring that you can resolve any performance gaps by exploiting the appropriate training solution.
Computer Based Training - Computer Based Training (CBT) offers an effective solution for a wide variety of training requirements. After the initial investment, CBT can offer a number of benefits:
- Reduced long term costs
- Reduced overall training time
- Flexibility in training time and location
- Repeatable session at minimal cost
- Remote access for geographically dispersed users
- Bookmarked progress so both student and instructional team can monitor progress
- Performance measurement so both student and instructional team can access learning progress.
