Technical Security Requirements Capture

A Norwegian client had a secure network requirement that was to cover the entire country (2000 nautical miles of mountains and fjords) and operate remotely for many months when helicopters could not operate because of weather. 3SDL worked closely with all stakeholders, both national and international, often applying various and conflicting standards in an effective manner. Requirements were captured, defined, contracted for and tested end-to-end. The equipment supplier chose to contract through a local agent, introducing complex political issues and raising questions in parliament. 3SDL helped navigate these difficulties and drew in international influences that helped to overcome irrelevant but potentially distracting issues.
