3SDL awarded contract for UK MOD ISR Datalinks technical support

3SDL has recently been awarded a 3-year contract for the provision of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Data Links technical support to the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) Joint Forces Command (JFC) Information Systems and Services (ISS) Data Links Standards team.

The award of this latest contract allows 3SDL to build on the previous provision of specialist expertise supporting the UK’s interests in the development of NATO interoperable ISR Data Links (IDL) as defined by NATO Standardisation Agreement (STANAG) 7085, along with provision of similar expertise for interoperable Command and Control (C2) Data Links for Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) as defined by STANAG 4660.
